Meet our level 3 competitive team of 2025 / 2026

When do we practice?

We practice twice a week, on Tuesday evenings (19:30-21:30) and Thursday evenings (20:30-22:30) at USC Amstelcampus. The Sunday practices are extra trainings you can join. Sunday trainings are from 18:00-21:00 at the Amsterdam Science Park.​​

What competitions are we participating in?

We will compete at the Dutch National Championship in May 2026 and participate in several sideline events.

What are we looking for in athletes?

For us, it's all about practice, not perfection. Previous experience in gymnastics or cheerleading is a benefit, but is not a requirement. Our coaches are looking for potential and motivation to learn!
